After that, people are not interested in our forum. Why do they come here if they can take the material on another resource, the link to which you place and where they have to register. After that, we lose such users, and another resource finds. Do you understand?

Да, я знаю, мы ещё не подключили облако к разделу Ресурсы. Лично я загружаются материал на https://mega.nz и даю ссылку на него в разделе Ресурсы.
По поводу облака как раз завтра с техадмином будем думать какое лучше для форума ставить.
